Artist Series: Knitting Up-cycleWindow Flowerpot Holder (two part: August 9 and 16)

Jessie Hughs, born and raised in Ovid, New York is a Phd student studying Bioculture and Natural Resources at Cornell University.  She will teach a two-part class on how to knit an easy hanging basket, with a second class on how to turn that basket into a window flowerpot holder. This class will be targeted towards young teens and adults. The goal is to help  promote wellbeing through creating art inspired by nature. The class will run August 9 and 16.
